These terms apply to your use of IELTS Prep App (the iPhone and iPad app "IELTS Prep App – Practice", "the app"), developed and operated by Syed Sahib Sultan ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The app

The app helps you prepare for the IELTS exam with practice tests, study plans and AI-generated feedback. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial study.

2. Accounts

Signing in with Apple or Google is optional and is used to sync your progress between devices. You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple or Google account secure. You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings.

3. Subscriptions

• Some features require a paid Premium subscription, bought through Apple's App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Free use of some AI features may be limited.

4. AI feedback and scores

Band scores and feedback in the app are estimates generated by AI to support your practice. They may contain mistakes and are not official IELTS results. Your real exam score may differ. Do not rely on the app's estimates for decisions such as university or visa applications.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by trying to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, accessing it with automated tools, submitting unlawful or abusive content, or using its AI features for purposes other than IELTS practice.

6. Content and trademarks

The app's software and design belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of the essays and answers you write. You give us permission to process them only to provide the app's features, as described in our Privacy Policy.

IELTS is a registered trademark of the University of Cambridge, the British Council and IDP Education. The app is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by them.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available, or that it will lead to a particular exam result, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the app and these terms. If we make important changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms. You can stop using the app at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
